It is well researched that exercising the pelvic floor and improving the general fitness of an individual before and after any trauma to the pelvic area results in improved awareness and control of the muscles controlling the bladder and bowel, not to mention facilitates easier future deliveries.

Our clinic hosts pilates 4 mum's classes. The classes involve low-impact aerobic exercise and controlled pilates exercises tailored to new mum's and mum's to be. Watermum's classes are also provided at the local Wyndham Leisure and Events Centre, aiming to improve strength and muscle control utlilizing the buoyancy and resistance of the warm water.
