An educational session discussing the transition through pregnancy, birth and baby. Focussing on exercise and 'what to do' and what not to do'.

Discusses preparation for laour, including active birth techniques focussing on:
instruction on TENS use

2011 Wyndham Business Awards Success!
The team at HCPC are very proud to announce that we were category winners at the 2011 Wyndham Business Awards, announced last Friday night.
HCPC took out the "Service - Small-Medium Business" category and for the first time in our history, were nominated by the Judging Panel as one of 4 finalists for the Business of the Year Award. This nomination thrilled us, and our congratulations to Werribee Open Range Zoo, for taking out this award.
