Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and is particularly beneficial for patients with arthritis, post-surgery, and ongoing back pain. Aquatic physiotherapists are trained specifically in the physiological responses to immersion and buoyancy, and are the ideal person to set up a water based program for each indiviuals spefic needs.

An initial land assessment is required first at our clinic, followed by one-on-one time with the hydrotherapy physio in the pool on the first day. See our pool timetable for class times.
