Bailey completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, majoring in Infection and Immunity in 2022, followed by a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in 2023 - both at Deakin University, as well as most recently, completing a Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne in July this year. He joins the clinic after gaining valuable experience through completing placements in both hospital and private practice settings, including recent placement experience here at hoppers physio.
He has a strong interest in treating sports-related injuries, as well as back and neck complaints. He is passionate about helping patients return to their sport or work both as quickly and as safely as possible. Having endured his own significant knee injuries in recent years and working closely with his own physiotherapist during rehabilitation, he brings a high level of understanding and sense of empathy to his practice – sharing insights drawn from his own recovery journey.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys all things sport, particularly AFL and athletics. He continues to play local Senior football and stay active with running throughout the summer. When he’s not on the field, he enjoys spending time with his partner, catching up with his mates, dining out, and looking after his family dog, Ruby."
