After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science at LaTrobe University, Amy then went onto complete the Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne.
With over 6 years experience working in sport, including sport trainer duties, Amy has spent the last 3 years as the head physiotherapist with the Western Jets Girls Team in the state AFLw U18 competition, she developed the skills and passion for sporting related injury, assessment and rehabilitation. Amy has also had the opportunity to work in the medical team for the Victoria Country in the AFLw National Championships in 2019 and 2020. She has worked collaboratively with many local AFL sporting competitions to keep amateur athletes on the field, playing the sports they enjoy.
She has a special interest in treating all types of musculoskeletal injury, and aims to work collaboratively with patients to keep active and achieve their goals. She uses a combination of manual therapy, Clinical Pilates and exercise in order to gain the best outcomes for her patients.
